Soki Shindo is a traditional Japanese foot massage practiced since the 5th century and which is an integral part of the universe of Anma, ancestor of Shiatsu.
Soku shindo literally means "immediate depth".
This gentle and stimulating massage has the advantage of being less painful on sensitive or weakened areas than Chinese or Thai foot reflexology.
Although mainly performed on the foot, arch and back area, its effects extend far beyond this area, to extend to the entire body, according to the principle of stimulation of reflex zones.
It is recommended to practice Soku Shindo at a regular pace to optimize its effects on metabolism.
